God said:

My children, feel My presence now. I want My love to waft through you. Notice, My love holds you freely. Holds and frees, do you understand? You have My love no matter what. When you get up, you have My love. When you don’t get up, you have My love. My love is dependent upon My love, and not anything else. Not what you do or don’t do. My love is a gift. It is not pay for work. There is nothing that can take My love away from you, and there is nothing you have to do to have more of it. My love is for you. It is inalterably given. All you have to do is pick it up. But whether you do or not, the love is yours. It has been given to you, and there is more where that came from.

We could say that the whole universe is a storage shed for love. We could say that density is love packed tight. Stored, love is compacted. I, on the other hand, give you love freely like coins spilling from the purse of Heaven. My love is strewn everywhere in every thing.

Love is energy. There is great energy at your fingertips. All energy is love energy. It could not be otherwise. And there is no end to energy. It is self-fulfilling. The more you have, the more you have. The more you give, the more you give. The more you give, the more you have. That way you keep energy fresh from the pool of love. Love has to move.

Of course, love is recycled. That is its nature. All love is original love circulated. Love is as pure today as it was in the first blush of Creation. Although love can never be stale, you still want to keep it fresh. Keep it moving. Keep the energy of love lively. Toss it up in the air, and catch it. All love is tossed up in the air, and it is meant to be caught.

If there is a lack of love in your life, you have been focusing on something else. Stir love in life for everyone else then and some of it will splash on you.

Although you put much attention on yourself, it seems to be hard for you to love yourself. You are often last on your list. You tend to find yourself disreputable, full of error, most needful of improvement. The improvement you need is to love yourself more while thinking about yourself less. You have been overridden with your thoughts.

Give yourself love every day the way you put perfume on behind your ears. You put it on, and then you go out and don’t think about it any more. Of course, you can apply more later throughout the day. You love yourself more when you don’t harp on yourself. You don’t have to think about yourself in order to love yourself. Loving yourself isn’t a lecture you give.

Loving yourself is loving what you love. If you love to watch a sunrise, watch it. If you love to walk in the woods, walk in the woods. If you love to pick flowers, pick flowers. If you love animals, love them. If you love to dance, dance. If you love to sing, sing. If you love to cook, cook. If you love to read, read. Whatever you love to do, do it. That is being good to yourself. Denying yourself is not being good to yourself, and it is not loving.

Be useful to yourself. You are not to deny yourself. Have you not been in the habit of denying joy? How can there be joy to the world unless you give yourself joy?
